Every commission begins with a conversation. Perhaps you have a specific subject in mind, a story you'd like to explore, a feeling you can't quite explain, or simply a wall that needs something meaningful. You don't need to have all the answers before reaching out.
I'll work with you to develop an original piece that reflects your vision while remaining true to my own artistic language.
No two commissions are the same. Each is created individually, with its own purpose, atmosphere, and identity.
Original Paintings
One-of-a-kind artworks created around a subject, an emotion, a memory, or an idea that matters to you.
From intimate pieces to large-scale statement works, each painting is developed specifically for you. You can share a starting point, preferred colors, dimensions, or visual references. The final composition is my artistic interpretation of that brief.

How It Works
The Conversation
Get in touch and tell me about your idea, your space, or what you'd like the artwork to explore. Initial enquiries are an opportunity to see whether the project is a good fit.
The Concept and Quote
We'll establish the general direction, dimensions, scope, and budget. I'll then provide a proposal outlining the work, price, and expected timeframe.
The Creation
Once the details are agreed upon and the project is booked, I'll begin developing your piece. Any concept approvals and revisions will follow the terms agreed upon before work begins.
Completion
Your finished painting or mural is prepared for delivery or handover according to the project agreement. We'll confirm the final details, payment, and any applicable care instructions.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Every commission is priced individually according to its size, complexity, materials, and the time involved.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The payment schedule, design approval process, and scope of any revisions will be agreed upon before work begins.
Commission availability depends on my current schedule. If you have a specific deadline, please mention it in your enquiry.

The creative process
The commission process starts with open dialogue. Rather than reproducing an exact reference photograph, Maréa listens to your emotional intent or architectural requirements and builds a bespoke interpretation. Together, we establish dimensions, mood, timeline, and budget, ensuring a transparent experience from initial concept to your completed artwork.
What to prepare
Before reaching out, consider any preferred dimensions, photos of your wall, key color palettes, or the core memory you wish to explore. A general budget range also helps guide our recommendation. Reach out to begin the conversation or learn more about the studio ethos.
